WKC Navy Officer Swords are handmade in Solingen, Germany. These are the same swords provided for Navy Officers and Midshipmen at the US Naval Academy. They have a forged, stainless steel blade that features an acid etch of the official USN pattern. The blade is hardened and tempered to 48-53 HRC. It is hand polished and unsharpened making them ideal for drills, ceremonies, military retirement presentations and display. The scabbard is a fiberglass tube covered with real calf leather. The brass fittings are plated in 24kt gold. The hand polished, solid brass guard features USN and is also plated in 24kt gold. The grip is crafted in ivory colored plastic with a faux ray skin wrap.
