Shamshir Scimitar This classic sword design originated in Persia, but was also used
in India during the 13th and 14th centuries. The long curved blade was ideal for
inflicting sweeping strokes or piercing gashes, and could be wielded equally
well while mounted or on foot. The Shamshir (Persian for sword) is the origin of
the term scimitar. Sword has a 34" stainless steel blade and is 46 1/2" overall.
Includes sheath.

CAS Hanwei Scimitar CAS Hanwei Scimitar is 37 7/8" overall. This scimitar sword has a 31 1/2" unsharpened carbon steel blade. Leather covered hardwood grip with brass finish guard and hawksbill pommel.
Shamshir Swords Cold Steel Shamshir Swords are 36 1/4" overall. These beautiful swords have a 30 1/2" sharpened 1055 carbon steel blade with a hard spring temper that will pass the British Proof Test. Imitation horn handle with brass guard. This sword includes a double ringed leather scabbard with brass throat and chape.
Handmade Falchion Scimitar Sword Medieval Swords: These Falchion Scimitar Swords are functional medieval swords with an overall length of 30". The blade length is 24". The polished full tang blade is sharpened, hand hammer forged, tempered high carbon steel. The cross guard and pommel are formed of solid steel for added durability. These handmade swords have a custom Macassar Ebony Wood handle. This sword includes a two-tone genuine leather scabbard.
Gongfu Broadswords The Hanwei Practical Gongfu Broadsword sword is a further extension of the "Practical" Series. Featuring a distal-tapered high carbon steel blade, wrapped grip and steel fittings, the saber is a traditional ox-tail design. The textured wooden scabbard is designed with a slotted opening, which makes both for easy sheathing and graceful lines. In line with other swords in the "Practical" series, the Practical Gongfu Broadsword is very affordable. Specs will vary slightly from piece to piece. Broadswords are 33.25" overall with a sharpened 28" blade.
