Immediately after you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. It is at this time that we will begin processing your order. Processing involves receiving your order, processing the billing and packing the product for shipping. Due to the number of manufacturers we deal with, processing times will vary from item to item depending on both the manufacturer and the product type. Allow at least five business days for delivery before contacting customer service. When your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking number. With this number, you have 24 hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Where are you located?

We are located in Florida

All orders are shipped out of our Southwest Florida facility. Once shipped, the average delivery time for a ground delivery is one to five business days depending on the recipient's location.

What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx or FedEx Smartpost. Tracking numbers are e-mailed as soon as they are available. A current e-mail address will be required to receive tracking information.

We currently deliver to PO boxes, APO boxes and FPO boxes. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that may be quoted to you at time of checkout in the sales tax field.

What is the return policy?

Terms and conditions of the website:

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases once the order has shipped.
'Return Item' request forms must be submitted at Customer Care Center within three days after delivery.
The Return Authorization Form must be included with return or it will be refused.
There will be a 25% processing fee on all returned items.
No refunds will be issued on used, damaged or items not returned in original packaging.
Undeliverable or refused items will receive store credit only minus processing fee and shipping charges.
Order cancellations must be submitted to customer service before the order is shipped.

Note: All items must pass quality control and are thoroughly checked before shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately with any loss or damage claims. All items are insured at retail value. N.G.W must be notified after a damage or loss claim being has been filed.

What about backordered items?

Items that are backordered will not be charged. Customers will receive a free placement service. Once the item is restocked, the order will be charged and shipped. There will be a flat $10.00 shipping fee on all backordered items.

How do I Exchange an Item?

To exchange an item, go to the secure customer service website and click on "Return Item". On the Return Authorization form there will be an option to Exchange an item. If an item is exchanged, there will be a flat $10.00 re-shipping fee for the new item.

Free Gift and Same Day/Discount Shipping Offers

Advertised free gift offers are subject to change at any time due to availability.

Free gift offers may be substituted at the discretion of customer service.

'Same Day Shipping' offers may be delayed if additional items are added to the order. The standard shipping time of seven to ten business days may apply to have all available items ship at the same time.

Discounted shipping offers only apply to ground shipments within the United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded and will have a separate Location Fee applied.
