What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped UPS ground. Tracking numbers are e-mailed as soon as they are available. A current e-mail address will be required to receive tracking information.

We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, APO boxes, FPO boxes, international addresses, or a few limited geographic areas within the U.S. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges that may be quoted to you at time of checkout in the sales tax field.

All Returns Require a Return Authorization Form or they will be refused.
Claims for defects must be made within 3 days of the receipt of the merchandise at NGWinfo.com.

Once authorized through customer service, return must be received within 10 business days.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on any undeliverable or returned item(s) under $500.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on any undeliverable or returned item(s) over $500.
No refunds will be issued on used or damaged items.
All returns must be received in their original packaging.
Items not received in their original packaging will receive store credit only.
Orders using checks or money orders will receive store credit only.
Order cancellations must be submitted to customer service before the order is shipped.

Cancellations on special ordered pieces will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations on shipped orders over $500 will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.

Note: All items must pass quality control and are thoroughly checked before shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately with any loss or damage claims. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the carrier. All items are insured at retail value. N.G.W must be notified within 48 hours of a damage or loss claim being filed.
