Ume Hana Katana Swords: This fully hand forged Katana features a 11
3/4th inch double pinned black cord wrapped Tsuka (handle) with genuine same
(Ray skin). The copper tsuba features a beautiful array of winter plums
blossoms. The high gloss saya features intricately hand painted winter plum
blossoms wrapping all the way around the saya with black cord wrapping. This
katana is hand forged 1095 high carbon steel and is clay tempered with a
natural high polished hamon on the 27 5/16 inch fullered (Bo-hi) blade. The
Ume Hana Katana is well suited for tamashigiri and other forms of cutting
exercises done by those with proper training and supervision. A beautiful
red silk travel bag is included with the Ume Hana Katana.
