German Main Gauche Fencing Swords are 17 1/2" overall. These very unique
swords have a 11 1/2" unsharpened high carbon steel blade. With the touch of
a button, spring loaded side pieces of the split design blade fly apart to
become blade trappers. Concurrently, the point is retained for offensive
capabilities. These are replications of 17th Century German
museum fencing swords. Wire wrapped handle with steel guard and pommel.
Black leather scabbard with nickel silver tip and throat. Weight is 1 lb 6
oz. Individual
