Paul Chen Scottish Dirk Circa
1700. This dirk is 19 1/2" overall. It has a 13 1/2" unsharpened high carbon
spring steel blade. Brown macassar wood handle. Brass pommel. Includes
genuine brown leather scabbard.
Scottish Dirk:
A dirk would be found commonly in Scotland circa 1700. This
piece was a must have for any highlander. The blade is single
edged and sharpened to a fine point. Often the dirk would be held in the
same hand as the arm that was holding the targe with the dirk pointing down
to prevent his adversary from
closing in on him.
